We’ve put together a list of our favorite drool-worthy products from our Mission Store that will surely have your guests yelling “Yee-Haw” after every bite.

Cold Smoked Steaks

It wouldn’t be an Urban Butcher feast without our Cold Smoked Steaks making an appearance! The Striploin and Ribeye cuts boast smoky flavors perfect for a Stampede hoedown. With all the prep done and dusted, all you need to do it grill to perfection and enjoy.

Smoked Ribs

Who else believes happiness is served slow smoked and sauced? Hand-picked by our butcher pros this Stampede are an array of smoked ribs ready for you to douse in BBQ sauce and throw on the grill. The Pork Back Ribs serve up as a finger licking great meat for all the family to enjoy. Looking to take your rack to the next level? Make sure you pick up a Beef Prime Rib Rack this stampede, to show your cowboy companions you mean serious BBQ business.

Jerky

It’s every cowboy’s favorite snack on the road – Jerky! At Urban Butcher we naturally smoke and marinate our own jerky that features local meats including Beef and Bison raised at our family run CRMR Game Ranch. Thick cut and available in 2 flavors – Original and Cajun Spiced – each pack is a classic fusion that will keep you satisfied for the trail ahead.

Charcuterie

Last but not least is our array of locally sourced, and perfectly-cured meats and cheeses that we couldn’t live without during Stampede (or any other time for that matter)! Why? Because it brings together all of the best flavours, and makes for a crowd-favourite when paired with crackers and condiments. (Beer and wine go pretty good with charcuterie too, so we hear)!
