Buffalo Tourtiere Pie
We start with homemade pie crust and fill it with perfectly seasoned bison, elk and pork to create this classic, Canadiana inspired comfort dish. Simply bake in the oven at 350 degrees until golden brown and enjoy. Available in small and large sizes. Supplied by CRMR Kitchen. Our bison is raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics and is supplied by the Canadian Rocky Mountain Ranch.
Pie Crust: Flour, Lard, Egg, Vinegar, Salt. Filling: Bison, Elk, Pork, Oil, Onion, Celery, Potato, Stock, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Allspice, Salt, Pepper.
Bake from frozen in a preheated oven at 375˚F degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
