The steak is first marinated in a marinade that is free of gluten, then spiced with Urban Butcher’s signature Smoke House spice mixture, and finally cold smoked.

This lean Eye of Round cut is best when cooked to medium rare and sliced thinly against the grain. Our beef is raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics and is supplied by Baretta Farms.
