Cut from the rib section, these ribeye steaks are smooth, fine textured and exceptionally tender. Remove from fridge, set on counter for 20 minutes and marinade if desired. For best results, sear it at very high temperature to seal-in natural juices and fat. Then move it to lower heat then continue cooking.
