This will help to tenderize and infuse flavour.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0in; text-align: justify;\">Preheat the oven to 400F. Cut the baby potatoes in half, toss in the oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for another 20 mins. Remove the potatoes once they are tender and crisp on the outside, and the steak once it reaches an internal temperature 120F.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0in; text-align: justify;\">Once the steak is done, cut it into approximately 1.5 inch cubes. Place a steak cube on top of a potato wedge and piece together with a toothpick.
