Duck Leg Confit for a Night In
If you're celebrating Valentine's Day at home, duck leg confit is one of those dishes that feels effortlessly impressive. Rich, flavourful, and comforting, it's perfect for a cozy night in - the kind of meal that invites good wine, candlelight, and lingering at the table.
Our duck legs are cured for 24 hours, then rinsed and seasoned before being slow-cooked sous vide for another 24 hours. They are cooled overnight to allow the flavours to fully develop, so all that is left for you to do is cook and enjoy.
To make Valentine's planning even easier, duck leg confit is 25% off from February 11-14.
