Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on fresh or frozen products once items have left our shop. This policy helps us ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality for all of our customers.

Shipping Policy
We offer shipping within Calgary City limits. For orders under $250, a $25 fee applies. Complimentary shipping is available for orders over $250. We will do our best to have your order delivered the following business day. Please note, our shop in closed on Mondays.
