Urban Butcher is proud to offer naturally & locally raised in Pincher Creek, geese. The meat of a goose is dark and succulent, and when cooked to perfection, will fall off the bone at the touch of your fork. It’s high in fat, meaning it will melt in your mouth. When roasted the meat will release juices, which is essential for basting the bird and roasting other vegetables. There is nothing that excites us more than the ‘crisp as a cracker’ golden skin that coats the goose when cooked!
- $7.20 a lb. Goose will be frozen.

Bobby Reed’s perogies are available at Willow Park and Mission locations only.

Ham is a delicious and relatively tender cut of meat that is filled with flavor due to consistent marbling and firm textures. It is an extremely versatile cut of meat that tastes great when glazes and roasted. Raised without the use of added hormones or steroids and no antibiotics.
Using this lean and flavourful cut, you can whip up a delicious roast by simply tossing the ingredients in a large cooking dish, setting it in the oven, and forgetting it. The best way to achieve fall-apart and tender meat is to sear it hard and fast at the outset so that the Bison browns on the outside and develops some intense and deep flavor before cooking and breaking down slowly.
Using our favourite blend of spices, we’ve created a perfectly aromatic and flavourful combination as a way to perk up your steaks. Try shaking some on to your favourite cut of grilling meat before throwing on the heat, and you’ll be gifted with a juicy and mouthwatering steak. Our steak spice is gluten free* and locally made.

Canadian Rocky Mountain Ranch (CRM Ranch) was built to provide our customers with high quality elk, buffalo and beef products produced in a natural, humane and sustainable manner. The ranch lies 30 minutes Southwest of Calgary.
Aspen Ridge Beef
Aspen Ridge takes pride in the verified Angus genetics of Aspen Ridge Premium Beef. They have aligned with ranchers who follow strict genetic, feeding and handling protocols. All Aspen Ridge cattle are source and age verified back to their birth ranch. When this breed is raised naturally, fed properly and cared for humanely, the results are consistently astounding.
Maple Hill Natural Chicken
Maple Hill Farms is a family owned & operated business located in the small farming community of Mt. Lehman, in the central Fraser Valley. We have been involved in poultry farming for over 40 years. Maple Hill Farms free-range and certified organic free-range eggs are produced by hens which are fed a ration which is grain/vegetable based, non-medicated and contains no antibiotics or animal by-products. They are allowed to roam freely outside during daylight hours much of their adult life and are completely cage-free.

Ewe-Nique Farms is operated by Bert & Caroline Vande Bruinhorst. At Ewe-Nique Farms, their lambs are raised free ranging on their lush pasture with access to clean water all summer at their family farm in Sourthern Alberta.
The lambs are raised without artificial growth hormones or animal by product feeds, and are finished on a natural grain and hay ration.
